coconut milk
tapioca pearls
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook tapioca pearls (sago) on a simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, cover, and steam for 10 minutes. Drain the water and keep sago submerged in cold water.
Blend together mango chunks, coconut milk, and condensed milk until smooth.
Stir the drained tapioca pearls into the mango mixture until evenly mixed.
Serve topped with coconut milk and mango chunks.
